By accessing or using SiteAuditPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

Use of Service

SiteAuditPro provides automated website analysis across SEO, LLM readiness, and marketing effectiveness categories. You may use the service to scan websites that you own or have explicit authorization to analyze.

You agree not to use SiteAuditPro for any unlawful purpose, to scan websites without authorization, or to attempt to disrupt the service infrastructure. Automated access beyond normal API usage is prohibited without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior, including excessive scanning that degrades service quality for other users.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Each account is intended for use by a single individual or organization. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties is prohibited. The Premium plan includes usage limits as described on our pricing page.

You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party integrations you connect, such as Google Search Console or Google Analytics, are authorized by the respective account owners.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SiteAuditPro, including the analysis algorithms, scoring methodologies, user interface, and documentation, are owned by SiteAuditPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the service, including URLs and website content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze submitted content solely for the purpose of generating audit reports.

Limitation of Liability

SiteAuditPro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that audit results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiteAuditPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for SiteAuditPro during the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
